Ideally located at the heart of Europe, Switzerland is an internationally recognized financial center.

Switzerland is a federation: each of the 26 cantons is governed independently.

The current division of powers between the Confederation and the cantons is determined by the Federal Constitution, which defines the limits of their sovereignty.

Thanks to their favorable tax regime, Swiss companies are often used and are also a symbol of prestige.

Switzerland is made up of several cantons that apply independently their corporate tax rate;  it is considered as location on shore with low taxation: for example, the companies registered in the canton of Obwalden will pay only 12.66% tax. Companies can also be formed in Lausanne, Geneva, Zug, Zurich, etc but the tax will be different.

Switzerland is one of the few countries that still allows anonymous bearer shares in SA, which requires a capital of 100,000 CHF – the SAGL not offer anonymity except possibly through the ownership of shares through a trust and requires a capital of 20,000 CHF- ..

The creation of a company in Switzerland requires a director resident in Switzerland or in any case a Swiss national who agrees with his own responsibility. You can then have an administrator appointed under a mandate of directors of the company. The shareholders of a company are pubblic in the SAGL (GmBH) and bearer therefore anonymous in the SA – Anonymous Company (AG).
